Who Do I Help and Why?

Who? I help people learn to BREATHE through the messy middle of life … the challenges of juggling home, work, committed partnerships/ marriage, parenting, caring for aging parents, and tending to our own aging bodies.

Why? Because we often try to skip over the “messy bits” even through this liminal time is full of growth opportunities. Most of all because we need support as we navigate change and the challenges of the “messy middle.”

How? Though a combination of in person “Pop Up” mindfulness and meditation classes, online courses, and on retreats. I carefully design offerings that start with a solid foundation and help you build your meditation muscle. It takes training and practice.
